Le Figaro: How we became “The most flexible planning solution in the world”

This phrase from Le Figaro summarizes 20 years of innovation at Jedox. When I read this qualification in the article, I realized we had succeeded in making people understand the very essence of our differentiation. But behind this flexibility lies a philosophy that revolutionizes the traditional approach to business management.

Why Le Figaro retained this characteristic

During my intervention, I insisted on one observation: each company is unique. Its processes, culture, business challenges… It’s impossible to apply a rigid solution to this diversity. This is exactly what Le Figaro understood by highlighting our flexibility.

This flexibility isn’t a marketing argument. It’s a concrete response to the frustration of our 2,500 global clients who have all experienced the same disappointment with traditional solutions: software that imposes its own rules rather than adapting to theirs.

What flexibility changes concretely

On Le Figaro, I mentioned the ability to conduct “inter-organizational projects that reflect the unique characteristics of the company.” But what does this mean in daily practice?

Concrete example: An industrial company doesn’t have the same indicators as a retail player. Their planning cycles differ, their weak signals are not identical. Our flexibility allows each to model their business according to their own logic, not according to a preconceived template.

The innovation behind this flexibility

This adaptability is based on what I called in Le Figaro a “single source of truth.” All departments – HR, finance, sales – access the same harmonized data, but each can exploit it according to their own business needs.

Planning becomes self-service. Your teams create their analyses, reports, simulations… without depending on the IT department. This autonomy radically transforms the organization’s reactivity.

What press format doesn’t allow me to explain

In Le Figaro, I mentioned our features: automated reporting, predictive analytics, enhanced collaboration… But how does this flexibility work concretely? How do you move from a rigid solution to this adaptive approach?

The real questions executives ask themselves: How long to adapt to my sector’s specificities? How do my teams take ownership of this freedom? What are the pitfalls to avoid in this transition toward more autonomy?

Accelerating transformation

I explained to Le Figaro that our solution allows to “accelerate your company’s transformation.” This acceleration comes directly from flexibility: no more waiting months of configuration, your teams model their own processes.

Result: planning cycles are reduced, data quality improves, and above all, the company becomes capable of “reacting quickly to changes” – an absolute necessity in the current context.

20 years of innovation summarized

Since 2002, we have continuously perfected this flexible approach. Each version, each new feature responds to the same obsession: adapting to you, rather than forcing you to adapt to us.

This philosophy explains why 2,500 global companies trust us today. But beyond the numbers, it’s a vision of corporate planning that emerges.

A vision where technology serves your business logic, where your teams gain autonomy, and where your adaptability becomes your main competitive advantage.

Because your business deserves a tailor-made solution.
